Tales of the Tods sells digital products only, including e-books and downloadable content.
Access is provided electronically via download link or WHATSAPP

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

3. Payments
All prices are listed in INR
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
We do not store card, UPI, or banking details

4. Delivery of Digital Products
E-books are delivered instantly or within 4 weeks after successful payment
Delivery is made via:

Failure to provide a correct email address may result in non-delivery.

5. License & Usage
Purchased e-books are for personal use only
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share the content
All intellectual property rights remain with Tales of the Tods

6. No Cancellation
Once payment is completed, orders cannot be cancelled due to the digital nature of the product.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Incompatibility with your device or software
Internet or technical issues on the user’s end
Unauthorized sharing of downloaded content

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
