Since the products offered are e-book subscription plans and generally the nature of business is considered non-returnable. (No return policy)
Because we sell digital e-books, refunds are governed by strict rules.

2. Refunds for Duplicate Transactions Only
A refund will be issued only if:
The customer is charged more than once for the same order
